Khalid Al Barwani is a Masters graduate in Operations Management from Cardiff University, with over 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specializing in Contracting and Procurement. In his current role as Senior Specialist, Khalid is responsible for delivering high-impact procurement projects focused on sustainability, social welfare, HSE, and people capability.

Additionally, Khalid serves as a part-time lecturer in Procurement at Sultan Qaboos University and holds CIPS certification. He is also an active committee member of the CIPS Oman Branch and an international procurement speaker, contributing to the advancement of procurement practices worldwide
