Milton is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations practice with more than 10 years of experience helping energy, resources and industrials companies on strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management and procurement operating model transformations as they navigate their environmental and equity imperatives. Milton co-leads Deloitte’s Supplier Diversity practice, helping companies develop meaningful approaches to driving diverse supply bases and enabling those approaches with effective supplier diversity operating models and technologies to advance equity. Milton also supports Deloitte’s Supply Chain Sustainability practice, deploying abatement solutions and sustainable procurement methodologies to reduce carbon emissions across the value chain. Milton’s experience and passion for advocating for diverse suppliers and sustainable procurement has helped clients embed ESG within their end-to-end supply chains to drive social and climate impact, while creating optimal value for all stakeholders.
