Stephan Nitsche is an Industrial Engineer and a certified Six Sigma Master Blackbelt who has over 18 years of experience in the Power and Utilities Industry. He devoted over 10 years working at Florida Power & Light, focusing his skills on improving grid reliability while lowering operational & maintenance costs. Following his time at FP&L, Stephan worked on strategic quality improvement projects at NextEra Energy. For two years, he led cross functional teams to decrease wind turbine restoration times and improved fleet revenues. At NextEra Analytics, Stephan Nitsche worked with many utilities, large- and small-scale customers, analyzing generation requirements and developing solutions which produced lower energy costs and reduced emission.
