Billy Stein is currently the Director of Global Talent Acquisition for Oceaneering International with responsibilities for all direct hiring across the organization. He has been with Oceaneering since May 2018. Prior to Oceaneering, he worked as the Director for Global Talent Acquisition supporting the Americas at CB&I (now McDermott International) for 6 years, and previous to that worked in number of Talent Acquisition roles that culminated in the Manager of US TA Operations at Aker Solutions for 14 years. Mr. Stein is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Industrial Distribution, and has served for 5 years on the External Advisory Council for Engineering Technology/Industrial Distribution at Texas A&M where he recently ended a 2 year appointment as Chairman.
