Nicolas Mora is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a career reaching roles of leadership in Colombia and USA, he has led numerous projects focused on Corporate Digital Transformation, Supplier Relationship Management, Portfolio Positioning & Segmentation, Price Relief Plans, Zero-Based optimization, Supply Chain Analytics, Inventory & Warehousing Management digitalization, International Business Relationship, end-to-end Sourcing S2C and Procure to Pay P2P optimization, merging and standardizing SCM processes, business divestment processes and cultural transformation programs.

With a strong emphasis on cost management and sustainable optimizations, Nicolas currently spearheads SierraCol´s Cost Management strategy by integrating cost efficiencies and creative initiatives across all aspects of the company's spend and working capital. Nicolas holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia, a Master's degree in Business Intelligence from the Universitat of Barcelona in Spain, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Westfield Business School in the USA.
