Passionate about sustainability and inclusivity, Lynn supports Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and mentors colleagues, early career professionals, and students.

With a background in manufacturing and services, Lynn excels in process improvement and balancing delivery and cost pressures. He holds a bachelors degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and has been recognized by the Houston Business Journal and The World Economic Forum for his efforts in fostering inclusive supply chains.
A resident of Houston, Texas, Lynn enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, cooking, watching sci-fi movies, and exploring culinary delights as a novice foodie. He serves on multiple industry committees and co-leads the Black Employee Network (BEN) at Baker Hughes.
