Meraj Huq leads the global Logistics function in Chevron that encompasses movement of people and materials - Aviation, Marine, Trucking, Freight Forwarding, Site Services etc. He is located in Houston, Texas. Meraj joined Chevron right out of college in 1999 as an Analyst in Bangladesh Business Unit. Since then, he has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in multiple Business Units in both Base Business and MCPs and in multiple functions like Cost Engineering, Technology and Supply Chain Management. Meraj has worked in Bangladesh, US and Kazakhstan. Prior to his current role, Meraj was the Supply Chain Manager for GOM Major Capital Projects portfolio. Meraj received his Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) degree in 1999 from Institute of Business Administration, Dhaka University, Bangladesh and his MBA from Rice University in Houston, TX in 2005.
