Kathy is currently the Global Lead for Responsible Business at Shell International. She has deep cross-sector experience navigating global businesses through geopolitical uncertainty, regulatory complexity, and shifting market dynamics. She bridges the gap between policy and operations—particularly in the areas of trade, economic security, sustainability, and US tariff business impacts (EU/China). She has held senior positions at the International Finance Corporation, World Bank and has lived and worked in 40+ countries, including both OECD and emerging markets in Asia and Africa. Kathy obtained her masters in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University.
