Raquel Costa is Vice President of People & Organization for EDP Renewables North America, overseeing the employee experience and life cycle for 1,100+ employees across the US, Canada, and Mexico. She leads regional People Strategy in alignment with business priorities and serves on both the North America Management Team and EDP Group’s Global HR Management Team. With extensive experience in energy, Raquel has held progressive general management and HR roles, excelling in transformational leadership, intercultural collaboration, and change management. She holds a B.Sc. in Economics, an MBA, and completed the Wharton CHRO program with executive compensation and talent management certifications.
