With over 20 years of experience in HSE, sustainability and engineering, Victoria Gerber began her career in Houston as an environmental engineer designing water and wastewater treatment facilities and pivoted to corporate HSE. She advanced into leadership roles at KBR, Eni US, Maverick Natural Resources and Parkhill. Currently Sr. Environmental Practice Leader at Parkhill, Victoria leads strategic business development efforts to expand the existing oil & gas client services across the organization. Holding a Masters of Environmental Engineering from Texas Tech University and her professional engineering license, Victoria joined the Global Energy Transition (GET) Board in 2022 and actively participates in the Center for Houston’s Future.
