Gerardo is a global energy executive and strategic marketing leader with 30 years of experience driving growth across Energy Solutions, Lubricants, Retail Fuels, and Value Chain Optimization. At Shell Energy, he led global B2B marketing, helping build a $20B business and launching the Shell Energy brand for enterprise decarbonization. Now enjoying a sabbatical focused on mentoring, he serves on the boards of Global Energy Transition and BYU Marketing. Fluent in four languages, Gerardo brings a multicultural lens to energy transformation. He holds an Executive MBA from Rice University and lives in The Woodlands, TX with his wife Ingrid.
