Gwen Y. Schreffler joined Core Laboratories in 2006 and became Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations for Core Laboratories in June 2016. Her responsibilities include investor relations, corporate responsibility, risk management and human resources. She is responsible for planning and executing all aspects of the company’s investor relations program, engaging with analysts covering CLB stock and key owners of CLB stock. She reports to the Board of Directors on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria, risk management, investor relations, human resources transparency and strategy direction. Ms. Schreffler, along with CEO and CFO, plays a key role in developing and guiding corporate strategy for Core Lab.

Prior to this position, from June 2013 to May 2016, Ms. Schreffler was Vice President, Human Resources based in Amsterdam, where she was responsible for advancement of HR initiatives globally. The position also allowed her the opportunity to meet European investors and learn the corporate responsibility expectation in the European investment environment. From October 2006 to May 2013 Ms. Schreffler was the Director of U.S. Human Resources for Core Laboratories.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Schreffler was Assistant Director of Leadership Development & Employee Relations at Texas Children’s Hospital Integrated Delivery System. Earlier in her career, she was Divisional Director of Human Relations at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center; Regional Human Resource Manager for Cox Communications; and Human Resource Director for Charter Plains Behavioral Health System.

Ms. Schreffler has over 25 years of combined experience in the oil and gas service, healthcare and multimedia industries. Ms. Schreffler earned a Master of Business Administration at Texas Women’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Organizational Management at Lubbock Christian University. She serves on the Board of Directors for Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce.
